This Invitation to Bid seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a turnkey HVAC upgrade for Putnam County High School in Eatonton, GA. The scope includes design, supply, installation, programming, and commissioning of Trane water‑source heat pumps, dedicated outdoor air units/energy recovery units, a building automation system (Tracer BAS), associated controls, sensors, and required training. The contractor must be an internationally self‑insured corporation and provide all labor, materials, and warranties as specified. <br/>• Install 41 water‑source heat pumps of varying capacities (1.5‑3.5 ton) <br/>• Install 4 packaged dedicated outside‑air/energy‑recovery units <br/>• Furnish and program Tracer SC+ BAS controller with web server integration <br/>• Provide all required wiring, conduit, and fire‑alarm interlocks <br/>• Replace damaged ceiling tiles and grids during construction <br/>• Deliver 8 hours of onsite training for school staff <br/>• Submit detailed submittal drawings and material data <br/>• Maintain firm pricing through June 1 2027 and comply with insurance and warranty requirements
