Description
The Troup County Board of Commissioners is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the LaGrange-Callaway Airport. The selected consultant will be expected to participate in the projects listed in the Capital Improvement Plan. The plan includes various projects such as airport layout plan update, AWOS upgrade, crack seal runway, and taxiway flooding repair.
• The consultant must be GDOT approved in Area Classes 2.09 Airport Design, 2.09b Airport Design - Electrical, and 8.02 Airport Construction Administration and Observation.
• The deadline for submitting statements of qualifications is July 17, 2026, by 2:00pm.
• The selected consultant will be expected to provide professional design and construction services.
• The project duration is expected to be around 5 years, with various projects scheduled for different fiscal years.
• The total cost of the projects is estimated to be around $32,462,500, with federal, state, and local funding.
