Description
The Maryland Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide a venue for a one-day Cancer and Chronic Disease Staffing Retreat for approximately 150 people. The vendor must provide a comprehensive event proposal, including venue location, catering requirements, AV equipment, and breakout rooms. The event will require two meals, continental breakfast and lunch, with vegan and gluten-free options. The vendor must also provide full AV services, including sound equipment, screens, and laptops.
