Description
The State of Nevada, Office of the Military, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide as-needed electrical testing services. The services include arc flash analysis, circuit breaker testing, and conducting arc flash hazard analysis in accordance with IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E standards. The contractor will provide detailed written reports of findings and recommendations, ensure compliance with applicable safety and electrical codes, and be available for emergency response and ongoing support as needed. The geographical locations that the contractor is willing to serve must be specified in the bid proposal.
• The contract will be for a period of 4 years, with the option to renew.
• The contractor must have a valid Nevada business license and Nevada contractors license (if applicable).
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial auto liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, and ordinances.
• The contractor must provide a bid proposal that includes the annual price for the requested services, hourly rates, and mark-up on materials.
