The City of De Soto is seeking a qualified contractor to replace its existing Waverly Water Tower with a new 125,000‑gallon elevated storage tower. The work includes demolition of the existing structure, construction of the new tower, a concrete gravel pad, site grading, miscellaneous electrical work, site piping, landscaping, tank coating, and installation of a mixer. Bids are due 3 Oct 2026; a pre‑bid conference (optional) is scheduled for 25 Feb 2026. Questions must be submitted by 2 Mar 2026.
