This solicitation is a Quick‑Quote (RQ) for the renewal of a legal‑software solution (“Clio”) provided by Themis Solutions. The State of Alabama will award a contract not to exceed $25,000, with the option to renew annually for up to five years, provided the cumulative spend remains within the $25k ceiling. The award will be made through the Alabama Buys electronic procurement system, and all suppliers must be registered, accept electronic payment methods, and comply with E‑Verify and state tax registration requirements.
