Description
The Navajo Nation’s Division of Community Development is seeking qualified general contractors to fully renovate the Tsayatoh Chapter House, encompassing interior and exterior upgrades, ADA‑compliant walkways, new storage and office spaces, electrical upgrades, and finish work. The scope includes demolition, construction of new walls, installation of shelving and lighting, concrete work, and final inspection with a one‑year warranty.
• Mandatory site‑visit required before proposal submission.
• Proposals due 14 Oct 2026, 4 PM (MST); bid guarantee of 10 % required for bids > $50,000.
• Performance and payment bonds, extensive insurance, and compliance with Navajo preference and building codes are mandatory.
