CAL FIRE is seeking 16 spare “ModUcom” dispatch‑console positions, each comprising a Windows‑based PC tower, SSD, ELO 24‑inch touch‑screen monitor, Computer Audio Module (CAM) with enclosure, interface boards, cabling, peripherals (mouse, keyboard, footswitches, headset jackboxes, speakers, microphones), and a Position Interface Card (PIC II). The solicitation also calls for three service lines: disassembly/packing/shipping, factory system design‑build‑testing, and on‑site installation. Vendors may propose equivalent makes/models that meet specifications, subject to CAL FIRE approval. The contract will be awarded on a price‑only basis; the winning vendor must deliver all items and complete integration within 60 calendar days of award (by July 28 2026).
