Michigan State University’s School of Journalism seeks a seasoned organizational‑development consulting firm to assess and improve its internal climate, communication, and collaborative processes. The contractor will conduct a comprehensive climate assessment, facilitate listening sessions with faculty and staff, identify systemic barriers, and deliver a detailed roadmap of actionable recommendations to build trust and a sustainable culture over a six‑month engagement. The effort is focused on higher‑education expertise, data‑driven analysis, and facilitation of complex stakeholder conversations.
• Conduct structured climate and organizational assessments with thematic analysis.
