DBH - FY27 Kronos Maintenance Renewal

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health is issuing a Quick‑Quote solicitation to renew and procure Kronos InTouch hardware and related support services for FY27. Vendors must already hold a valid Department of Administrative Services (DAS) contract, State Term Schedule (STS), Group Purchasing Contract (GPC) or Master Maintenance Agreement (MMA) and must match or beat the current contracted pricing. The bid must be entered in the OhioBuys item grid with the appropriate DAS contract number indicated; any deviation from the existing price or lack of a contract reference will result in disqualification.
