Niagara County Refuse Disposal District Stormwater Sump Dewatering System

The Niagara County Refuse Disposal District is seeking bids for the replacement of existing surface water management infrastructure at the Niagara County Landfill in Lockport, New York. The project involves demolition and removal, and incorporation of existing materials and infrastructure. The bid submission process will be physical, and proposals will be publicly opened and read on November 20, 2025. • The project requires the replacement of the stormwater sump dewatering system. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2025, at 9:30 am, which all bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. • Questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing by November 7, 2025. • The Owner and Engineer will not be responsible for verbal answers to bidder’s questions. • Proposals will be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Proposal.
