Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking a subscription for FortiFlex and FortiIdentity licenses for a 12-month period. The selected vendor will provide the licenses and support for the duration of the contract. The contract will commence on the date of full execution by both parties and will run for 12 months. The vendor must be authorized to resell the licenses and must submit a letter of authorization from the manufacturer. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the vendor will be paid based on the prices quoted in the bid.
• The contract includes the provision of FortiFlex and FortiIdentity subscription for a 12-month period.
• The vendor must provide support directly from Fortinet for the duration of the contract.
• The vendor must submit an invoice to MHBE for the entire 12-month period within 30 days of MHBE confirming receipt of licenses.
• The contract includes requirements for invoicing, payment, and contract administration.
