Description
The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is seeking licensed contractors to provide design/build services for the renovation and refurbishment of the roof at Crow Creek Reservation High School in Stephan, South Dakota. The project involves re-roofing services for a building of approximately 105,000 square feet, with a combination of TPO and standing seam metal roofing systems. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing supervision, labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation to complete the project. The project requires the removal and replacement of approximately 20,140 square feet of TPO roofing, modification of scuppers, and installation of new ridge vents.
