Budget estimate

$200,000 – $300,000

The bid details list an estimated contract value of $250,000. Accounting for typical profit margins (10‑15 %) and potential change orders, the contractor’s net earnings are likely to fall between $200,000 and $300,000. The lower bound assumes minimal change orders and a conservative margin; the upper bound assumes full utilization of the $250K budget plus modest additional work or change orders.
