Twin Lakes Recreation Area - Parking Improvements

The City of Columbia, Missouri, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to provide materials and labor necessary for the demolition, milling, and overlay of the existing parking lot and the construction of a parking curb at the Twin Lakes Recreation Area. The project includes the removal and replacement of asphalt, subgrade, and base as needed. The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
