Orthotics & Prosthetics for El Paso State Supported Living Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Orthotics & Prosthetics for El Paso State Supported Living Center. The contract will require the provision of orthotics and prosthetics services, including evaluation, modification, and delivery of custom orthopedic shoes, foot insoles, and straps. The contract term is expected to start on September 1, 2026. • The contractor will be required to participate in foot clinics one time per month or as needed. • The contractor will be required to evaluate, modify, and deliver different orthopedic footwear. • The contractor will be required to provide custom orthopedic shoes, foot insoles, and straps. • The contractor will be required to have a CPO (Prosthetics & Orthotics specialist), LPO (State Licensed and board-certified prosthetist and orthotist) on staff.
