Budget estimate

$15,000 – $30,000

Based on typical market pricing for HDPE storm‑water pipe, 15‑inch dual‑wall pipe averages $25‑$35 per linear foot and 18‑inch pipe averages $35‑$45 per linear foot. For 400 LF of 15‑inch pipe and 160 LF of 18‑inch pipe, the material cost range is roughly $12,000‑$18,000. Adding delivery, handling, and any ancillary fees could push the total contract value to between $15,000 and $30,000. The estimate assumes competitive pricing and no additional services (e.g., installation).
