CITYWIDE ON-CALL DESIGN SERVICES

The City of Norwalk is seeking a qualified consultant to provide CITYWIDE ON-CALL DESIGN SERVICES to assist the City with this endeavor. The selected Proposer will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Norwalk to provide CITYWIDE ON-CALL DESIGN SERVICES. The scope of services includes design services, plans, specifications, and estimates phase services, construction support services, and other related tasks. The City will review each proposal received, negotiate terms, and enter contracts with selected firms. • The Proposer must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services. • The Proposer must have a full-time service office in California for the entire duration of the contract. • The Proposer must self-perform a majority of the primary work set forth in the scope of services section. • The Proposer must have at least three excellent references for work performed in the past five years. • The Proposer must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and codes of the State of California and local governments.
