Construction Management for Milliken Raw Water Pipeline Hardening HMGP

The City of Napa is seeking a construction management firm to oversee the installation of approximately 6,200 feet of 16-inch steel raw water pipeline. The pipeline will be used to convey raw, untreated water to the Milliken Water Treatment Plant. The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation. The successful respondent will be expected to meet relevant federal requirements related to the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and HUD's MITigation – Resilient Infrastructure Program. Key considerations for this project include: • Installation of approximately 6,200 feet of 16-inch steel raw water pipeline • Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation • Meeting relevant federal requirements related to the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and HUD's MITigation – Resilient Infrastructure Program • Providing a total "not-to-exceed" cost for performance of all services included in the proposed scope of services • Identifying any proposed innovations that may be used to achieve more cost-effective delivery of the services
