DRAINAGE & SOIL REMEDIATION - BROKEN TEE GOLF COURSE

The City of Englewood's Parks, Recreation, Library, and Golf Department is seeking proposals for the Drainage and Soil Remediation Project at Broken Tee Golf Course. The project aims to replace, improve, and modify the existing drainage systems on holes 1-6 of the championship golf course. The scope of work includes site preparation, earthwork, drainage, and sodding/cart path. • The project requires the contractor to excavate, haul material, and perform golf course shaping and finish grading. • The contractor must also install drainage systems, including perforated pipes and solid drainage. • The project includes furnishing and providing topsoil blend, class VI roadbase, and asphalt for cart paths. • The contractor must also provide and install sod on all disturbed rough areas.
