Lease of Outdoor Ice Rink - Request for Proposals

The City of Rochester Hills is seeking a vendor to lease a temporary, seasonal-use, refrigerated ice rink for public use at its Borden Park location. The vendor will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of the rink, while the City will operate the rink and conduct daily maintenance of the ice surface. The lease agreement will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional years. The vendor must provide a turn-key solution, including all necessary equipment and services, and must ensure that the rink is operational and safe for public use. • The vendor must provide a 40’ x 60’ refrigerated ice rink, including all necessary equipment and supplies. • The vendor must install and remove the rink, and provide maintenance and repair services as needed. • The City will operate the rink and conduct daily maintenance of the ice surface. • The lease agreement will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional years. • The vendor must provide a detailed proposal, including pricing and a description of the services and equipment to be provided.
