Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Oakdale, Louisiana, is soliciting quotes for the provision of various food products, including meat, subsistence, and other related items. The contract type is firm-fixed price, and the delivery of these products is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026, and continue through July 15, 2026. The successful contractor will be required to provide all items that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Some of the key items include:
• Beans, dry, black beans, 50lb bag whole, U.S. Grade 1 - 3
• Beans, dry, black eyed peas, 50lb bag U.S. Grade 1 - 3
• Rice, U.S. Grade 1 or 2, long grain milled rice, parboiled light 50lbs
• Pasta, macaroni, rotini form, whole wheat blend, whole wheat, or regular
• Flour, all-purpose wheat flour, or bakers wheat flour, unbleached or bleached
• Meats, Italian sausage, pork, pork and turkey, sweet, links, 3.8 - 5 ounce range
• Meats, pork roast, pork shoulder, Boston butt, boneless, raw, IMPS 406A, frozen
The contractor must ensure that all items are delivered to the Federal Correctional Complex, Oakdale, Louisiana, (Food Service Warehouse) within the specified timeframe. The government reserves the right to award item-by-item or in aggregate, based on the quotes most advantageous to the government, evaluating specifications, past performance, and price.
