This RFP seeks a qualified contractor to perform residential septic‑tank pumping, cleaning, baffle replacement, and proper wastewater disposal for homes within the Lukachukai Chapter of the Navajo Nation. The contractor must provide water for pumping, handle excavation when required, ensure full access to tank compartments, conduct visual inspections, dispose of waste at an approved treatment facility with proper manifesting, and deliver post‑service site clean‑up and a detailed maintenance report.
