Description
The State of South Carolina’s Department of Natural Resources is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a complete unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system comprising DJI Matrice 4TD thermal drones, associated flight batteries, and spotlights, together with on‑site delivery, activation, training, and 24/7 lifetime support. The contract will run for approximately three months, with delivery required within 90 days of order issuance. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Deliver 6 fully‑configured DJI Matrice 4TD drone bundles (aircraft, controller, batteries, accessories, carry case)
• Provide 18 additional flight batteries and 6 enterprise spotlights
• Include on‑site system activation, two‑day flight training, warranty management, and 24/7 technical support
