Description
Rutland Natural Resources Conservation District (RNRCD) seeks an engineering consulting firm to produce a 30 % preliminary design for replacing an undersized, perched culvert on Crown Point Road in the Town of Shrewsbury, VT. The design must restore fish passage (aquatic organism passage) and improve stream stability on an unnamed tributary to Otter Creek, complying with VT Stream Alteration and Army Corps General Permit criteria. Deliverables include field data collection, hydraulic modeling, geotechnical assessment (as needed), preliminary design drawings, cost estimates, and a final report due by 15 August 2027.
