Wayne State University is seeking a cloud‑based Integrated Library System (ILS) to replace its current Sierra platform and support all library workflows, including discovery, acquisitions, cataloging, circulation, resource sharing, course reserves, electronic resource management, digital collections, analytics, and reporting. The vendor must provide the full software suite, implementation services, data migration, training, ongoing support, and maintenance, and must meet rigorous security, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA/Section 508), and integration requirements with campus systems such as Banner, SSO, Canvas, and Springshare. The contract is a three‑year base term beginning 1 January 2029, with optional two‑year extensions, and the university expects a best‑value selection based on quality, experience, and price.
