FOR THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES-SPECIAL BOND COUNSEL

The Joint Meeting of Essex and Union Counties is seeking qualified law firms to serve as special bond counsel for its financing activities, including applications to the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust, preparation of bond documents, and representation at financing meetings. Qualified respondents must be licensed in New Jersey, have demonstrated experience with municipal bond counsel work, and be able to provide comprehensive legal advice throughout the bond issuance process.
