Construction Management Services for the Downtown Project

The City of Thousand Oaks is soliciting qualified construction‑management firms to provide end‑to‑end services for Phase 1 of its multi‑phase Downtown redevelopment. The consultant will support pre‑construction design reviews, cost and schedule analysis, bidding assistance, construction oversight, stakeholder and utility coordination, change‑order management, and project close‑out. Services are expected to span the design period (Sept 2026 – mid 2028) and continue through construction start (late 2028).
