The State of Delaware Commission for Statewide Contracts to Support Employment for Individuals with Disabilities is seeking Central Nonprofit Agencies to support statewide contracts to support employment for individuals with disabilities. The selected agencies will be responsible for managing contracts, facilitating the distribution of subcontracts, and providing information to the Commission. The term of the designation will be for three years, with the option to renew for another three years. The Commission will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to manage contracts, expertise in employing individuals with disabilities, and capacity to fulfill the duties of a CNA. Some of the key responsibilities of the CNAs include: * Recruiting and assisting CRPs in developing and submitting proposals for Set Aside contracts * Facilitating the distribution of subcontracts among CRPs * Managing and coordinating the deliverables of service under Set Aside contracts * Handling complaints and ongoing customer relations with agencies of this State * Educating and training CRPs to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of services described in Set Aside contracts * Promoting the increase in supported employment opportunities for persons who are visually impaired or who have other disabilities * Marketing products and services to potential consumers * Researching and developing products and services * Preparing accurate purchase orders and invoices for those Set Aside contracts mentioned by the CNA * Making payments to CRPs in a timely manner * Other duties as designated by the Commission.
