Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a notice of intent to sole source a contract for secondary histopathology services at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System in Reno, Nevada. The contract is for a firm-fixed price, base plus four option years, and the government intends to award it to Renown Health. The services required include complete tissue processing, microtomy, and H&E staining of tissue, as well as additional slides with Group I, Group II, or immunohistochemical (IHC) stained tissue for further microscopic examination.
• The contract is for a period of performance from 03/26/2026 to 03/25/2031.
