Description
The Town of Sutton is seeking bids for the repair of its solar array system, specifically the maintenance, remediation, restoration, and repair services of the Simonian Center for Early Learning's SOLAR SYSTEM from July 1, 2026, through August 28, 2026. The successful contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contractor must also demonstrate experience operating/repairing at least five similar systems and have been in business for at least five years. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The contractor shall provide full maintenance and repair services for the solar array system.
• The contractor shall become familiar with the solar array system.
• The contractor shall provide replacements for all damaged solar modules.
• The contractor shall re-support all wiring for the solar system in contact with the roof or potential standing water.
• The contractor will replace all failed or in jeopardy of failing fuses of the system.
• The contractor shall provide MC4 connections and replace all compromised and identified areas of concern within the solar array system.
