UNMH Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) - Lomas Bridge Revitalization Project

The University of New Mexico Hospital (UNMH) is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Lomas Bridge Revitalization Project. The project involves the revitalization of the existing Lomas Bridge, including design and construction services. The CMAR will be responsible for collaborating with the design team, providing cost estimation and construction management services, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. The project has an estimated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $3,900,000.00 and is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days. • The project requires a minimum of structural, building envelope, plumbing/drainage, signage, electrical, and access control portions to meet the intent of revitalizing the bridge for its intended purpose while meeting all codes adopted by the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) including ADA. • The CMAR will be responsible for providing a canopy, a covered walk path from the garage to the Ambulatory Care Center, and video message boards with maintenance platforms to promote marketing initiatives. • The project will utilize the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) construction delivery method. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 11, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. MDT.
