IDS Pueblo RTUs

The State of Colorado, Office of the State Architect, is seeking a qualified contractor to replace RTUs 1 & 2 at the IDS Pueblo building. The project includes all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to ensure the system is fully operational upon completion. The contractor must coordinate with the State Project Manager and Facility Manager, work during normal business hours, and comply with local and state rules, as well as OSHA regulations. The contractor is also responsible for verifying existing conditions, selecting new equipment, and ensuring a turnkey project.
