ECTOR COUNTY JOB ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION

Ector County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive job analysis study. The primary objective of this study is to ensure that employees within the same job classification are performing consistent duties and that each classification accurately reflects the necessary qualifications and skill requirements. The study will include a review and evaluation of current job descriptions to ensure they are up to date, accurately represent the work performed, and comply with relevant standards and regulations. The scope of work includes: • Evaluation and grading of existing job descriptions • Review of current job classifications and salary structures • Internal equity analysis • Summary report with findings and high-level recommendations • Development of a comprehensive training program for Human Resources staff • Review and evaluation of current policies and procedures related to promotions, demotions, transfers, and reclassifications The County is looking for flexibility in price offerings for this Job analysis and evaluation approach. Proposers are requested to submit a three-tiered pricing model that outlines the cost structure based on varying levels of service, scope, or deliverables.
