Product Purchase Contract for E-1 Streetlight Poles

The City of Fresno is seeking bids for the purchase of E-1 streetlight poles, including 30' pole, 12' LMA, pole cap, and hand hole covers. The poles must meet the City's standards and be delivered within 20 weeks of notification. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The poles must be new and in current production, conforming to industry standards and meeting OSHA and Cal/OSHA regulations. • The bidder must provide a copy of the manufacturer's published price list, descriptive literature, and standard warranty. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
