Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a contractor to supply air cleaners with a minimum Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) of 450 m³/h, coverage area of up to 64 m², and a three-stage filtration system. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah or US Dollar for the air cleaners. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
• The air cleaners must meet the minimum technical specifications stated in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must provide a warranty of at least two years.
• The contractor must deliver the air cleaners within three weeks from the date the Purchase Order (PO) is issued.
• The contractor must provide necessary accessories, subscriptions, and warranty support.
• The contractor must have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Indonesia.
