Description
The Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking qualified firms to provide turnkey housing management/sourcing, transportation, and parking services in support of the Long-Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) and the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) project. The project requires housing units that are fully furnished, include utilities, and provide all-inclusive services such as cleaning, maintenance, and snow removal. The service management company should also provide reliable transportation services and sufficient parking spaces. The project is expected to last for 48 months, with an initial phase of 10-20 housing units, a peak phase of 50-80 housing units, and a final phase of 10 housing units.
• The service management company should provide a secure, web-based, mobile-accessible reservation system.
• The company should have experience in providing housing management/sourcing services to similar projects.
• The company should be able to adjust to fluctuating housing and staffing needs.
• The company should provide transportation services with licensed and qualified drivers/operators.
• The company should provide parking spaces that meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
