Description
The United States Army is requesting a TMDE Calibration on Government Owned Equipment. The requirement will have a base period and two twelve-month option periods. The base period of performance will be from 15 July 2026 - 14 July 2027, with two option periods from 15 July 2027 - 14 July 2028 and 15 July 2028 - 14 July 2029. The contractor shall provide TMDE calibration services for various equipment, including but not limited to, TBERD400, TBERD580, TBERD600, and HST3000C.
• The contractor shall provide their best pricing, including all discounts.
• The contractor shall fill in all pricing and applicable taxes on all line items.
• The contractor shall include the delivery lead-time.
• The contractor shall provide a detailed breakdown or narrative of what is being provided to meet the requirement.
• The contractor shall not copy and paste the line item information from the RFQ to their quote.
