The Navy is seeking a small‑business firm to provide a one‑year lease of a 100 kW diesel generator for emergency power at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS & IMF) in Bremerton, WA. The contractor must deliver a fully tested, containerized unit, provide 24/7 technical support, and be able to repair or replace the generator within 48 hours of a government‑reported fault. All fuel, electrical cabling, and on‑site loading equipment are supplied by the government; the contractor is responsible for the generator, its testing, on‑site familiarisation training, and rapid‑response support. The award will be a 100 % total small‑business set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price contract.
