The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking a qualified small‑business to provide, install, maintain, and later remove a temporary modular office building at Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge, Iowa. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, three‑year (base year plus two optional years) lease‑type agreement for a 36 × 56 ft modular office that must be fully operational by 1 Oct 2026 and include utilities, ADA‑compliant ramp, interior finishes, and ongoing maintenance. The award will be made to the lowest evaluated price that meets the technical requirements; the solicitation is set aside for total small‑business participation.
• Supply and deliver a 36 × 56 ft modular office (NSN 7540‑01‑152‑8067) with interior layout, HVAC, electrical, water, and sewer connections.
• Provide site preparation, anchoring, foundation, and an accessible ramp meeting ADA/ABA standards; ensure winterization and utility installation.
• Maintain the facility for the contract term and remove the building with site restoration at contract end.
