Medical, Dental, Counseling Services for Midshipmen Support

The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is seeking a contractor to provide medical, dental, and counseling services to its midshipmen. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site professional healthcare support services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health services, as well as pharmacy and laboratory services. The contractor will also be required to provide off-site medical services, including referrals to specialist care. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to provide a quality assurance plan and to meet certain performance standards. • The contractor will be responsible for providing medical, dental, and counseling services to approximately 1000 midshipmen. • The contractor will be required to provide on-site services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health services, as well as pharmacy and laboratory services. • The contractor will be required to provide off-site medical services, including referrals to specialist care. • The contractor will be required to provide a quality assurance plan and to meet certain performance standards. • The contractor will be required to maintain accurate records and to provide reports to the USMMA.
