RFP 26-021 - LBT Phase IV CM

Long Beach Transit is seeking a construction management firm to provide services for the LBT1 Phase IV Electrification Project. The project involves significant infrastructure enhancements to the LBT1 bus yard to accommodate 130 battery electric buses. The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction management services, including overall construction management and coordination, procurement and grants compliance support, pre-construction services, construction phase construction management, safety, specialty inspections, quality and environmental compliance, cost control and project controls, turnover support, and grants and capital planning support. The firm must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management services for infrastructure upgrades and a demonstrated track record of quality work.
