The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified health‑insurance carrier to provide a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan for its retired employees and their spouses. The contract is a one‑year award with four optional renewal periods (potentially up to five years total). The incumbent is Humana, but all qualified carriers meeting the A.M. Best rating requirement may submit proposals. The award will be based on a competitive sealed‑proposal process, with separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial components.
