Lane Sewer Connections Project

The Town of Lane was awarded a CDBG grant and is seeking engineering firms to connect 54 households to sewer and abandon 64 septic tanks. The scope of work includes design, environmental review support, bid documents, contractor evaluation, construction oversight, change orders, testing, certification, and CDBG-compliant closeout. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing these services to ensure the project is completed in accordance with the grant requirements.
