TINY HOME DEVELOPMENT ON IN-FILL PARCELS

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and bonded entities to provide design, fabrication, and installation services for up to six high-quality, eco-friendly tiny homes on designated in-fill parcels within Clark County, NV. The project aims to provide cost-effective, sustainable, and high-quality housing solutions that meet local building codes and community standards. The proposer will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing modular housing units using a Design-Build delivery method.
