Description
The County of Lehigh is seeking a vendor to provide Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX - Priority Support and DevCraft Complete + PHP & JSP. The contract term is from January 13, 2026, to January 13, 2027. The vendor must deliver the materials at the specified time and conform to the provided specifications. The county reserves the right to terminate the contract if the vendor fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
• The vendor must provide the highest quality materials and ensure that they do not infringe on any patents.
• The vendor must defend any suits brought against the county for alleged infringement.
• The vendor must indemnify the county against any liabilities for damages or injuries incurred due to defects in the materials.
• The vendor must not assign the order or delegate performance without the county's consent.
• The vendor must comply with all laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities.
