Description
The County of Erie is seeking bids for the purchase of a 2026 Ford Transit 350 High Roof Cargo Van w/AWD for the Erie County Public Library. The vehicle must meet specific technical specifications, including a white exterior, black or gray interior, AWD drivetrain, and regular unleaded V-6 3.5L engine. The bid must include the original bid form, non-collusion affidavit, and two copies of each, as well as a bid bond, certified check, or specific performance bond. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract containing an Equal Employment Opportunity Clause and provide security clearances for each individual working on the project. Key features of the vehicle include Android Auto/Apple Carplay, back-up camera, parking sensors, front and side air bags, and keyless push start. • The vehicle must be invoiced with a VIN number on or before June 19, 2026.

• The County reserves the right to purchase additional bid items at the bid price within 90 days of delivery and installation.
• The bidder may include a brochure containing photographs, technical specifications, and other features of the bid equipment.
• The County will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the vendors in responding to this bid form.
