Construction Manager at Risk For City of Hialeah Educational Academy - Phase 4 Expansion

The City of Hialeah is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to lead the City of Hialeah Educational Academy - Phase 4 Expansion project. The selected CMAR will be responsible for providing pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services in close cooperation with the City and Architect/Engineer. The project has a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $7,500,000, including a $2,900,000 Expansion Grant from the Florida Department of Education. The CMAR will assemble an experienced and technically proficient team to work collaboratively with City staff, consultants, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and contract administration. * Provide pre-construction services, including design coordination and review, cost estimating, and value engineering * Manage the construction phase, including trade contractor bids, scheduling, and problem resolution * Ensure quality control and compliance with City requirements * Provide post-completion services, including warranty and maintenance support * Collaborate with City staff, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success
