Description
The Tantasqua Regional School District is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide design services for the Brookfield Elementary School partial roofing replacement project. The project involves evaluating the existing conditions of the roof, providing itemized assessments, and determining which areas require immediate repair or replacement. The selected firm will be responsible for designing and bidding the project, as well as providing construction administration services. The project has a construction budget of $925,000 and a design fee not to exceed $90,000. The selected firm will be expected to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
