Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts is seeking a vendor to provide A&T Pro (Orion) Field Appraisal System Software Maintenance and Related Services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing software maintenance, technical support, and related services for the A&T Pro (Orion) Field Appraisal System. The scope of work includes providing qualified personnel to support the system, responding to service requests, and performing software updates and upgrades. The contract is expected to commence on April 1, 2026, and will have an initial term of 12 months, with optional renewal periods.
Some key features of the job include:
• Providing A&T Pro (Orion) FAS Software Maintenance and Technical Support
• Responding to service requests in accordance with a Service Level Agreement
• Performing software updates and upgrades
• Providing support for installation and troubleshooting of integration with third-party solutions
• Delivering annual updates to the Licensed Software
• Providing configuration management services
